- Profile information: Age, gender, location, income range, interests
- Verification info: Phone number, ID documents (securely collected and stored by Stripe for identity verification)
- Payout details: Bank account information (securely stored by Stripe)

- Usage data: Surveys completed, points earned, pages visited, clicks
- Device info: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
- Attribution data: Referral source, UTM parameters, landing pages (to track how you found us)

2. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account
- Match you with relevant surveys (using automated decision-making)
- Process rewards and payouts
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud
- Improve our service and user experience
- Send you account updates and notifications
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and user acquisition
- Comply with legal requirements (including tax reporting)
Automated Decision-Making:
We use automated systems to match you with surveys based on your profile. This helps us show you relevant opportunities. You can update your profile anytime in Settings to improve matching.
3. How We Share Your Information
Survey Partners:
We share your profile information (age, gender, location, etc.) with survey providers like BitLabs and CPX Research so they can match you with relevant surveys. We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers:
- BitLabs: Survey provider and partner network
- CPX Research: Survey provider and partner network
- Stripe: Identity verification and payout processing
- Resend: Email delivery service
- Google Analytics: Website analytics (only if you consent)
- Meta Pixel (Facebook): Conversion tracking and advertising analytics to measure signup and survey completion events. See Facebook's Privacy Policy for details.
- Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring
- Redis: Session management, caching, and rate limiting
- Digital Ocean: Hosting infrastructure (US-based servers)
Legal Requirements:
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to prevent fraud or harm.
International Data Transfers:
Your data is primarily stored on US-based servers. Some service providers may process data internationally. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
4. Your Privacy Rights
All Users:
- Access: View your personal information in Settings
- Update: Change your profile information anytime
- Delete: Permanently delete your account in Settings
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime
- Export: Request a copy of your data
California Residents (CCPA):
If you live in California, you have additional rights:
- Request a copy of the personal information we've collected about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we don't sell your info)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

While Survpay is currently available to US residents only, if you're visiting from the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR including:

- Right to withdraw consent
- Right to object to automated decision-making

We keep your information as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we'll delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain it for:

7. Age Requirements
Survpay is only for users 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you're a parent and believe your child provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
